Todd W. Phares is the Director of Operations and a senior attorney at Straub & Zumwalt. He has resided in the Houston area for over 50 years.
Mr. Phares graduated from Bellaire High School in Houston, Texas and then went to the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990. Mr. Phares received his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in 1994.
For three (3) decades, Todd W. Phares has focused his entire legal career on helping his clients, who have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence. He has tried numerous cases to successful jury verdicts; however, his primary expertise is in negotiating high level, complex settlements for his clients.
Over the course of his career, Todd W. Phares has obtained millions of dollars in settlements by helping over ten thousand injured clients by exceeding expectations and consistently bringing their cases to successful resolution.
Todd W. Phares joined Straub & Zumwalt in 2018 to become their chief negotiations expert and Director of Operations, where he handles the majority of the firm's prelitigation settlements.
Mr. Phares is, and has always been, passionate about each individual case and is committed to placing the needs and goals of his clients first and foremost. He is well known throughout the community as an extremely hard worker, who is highly dedicated to serving his clients in a personal, efficient and aggressive manner.
When Mr. Phares is not working, he enjoys physical fitness, coaching youth basketball and spending time with his wife Belinda and two children, Gavin and Kennedy.
